Bummer. I thought that I might be able to get Motability to part-fund the advance payment on a WAV. No such luck. I don't do enough to qualify. So, as things stand, my car goes back in October and I return to using public transport.
It's not so bad. Public transport is good, if it goes where I want to go.

It may or may not work, but it couldn't hurt to try a Gofundme campaign. Tweet the daylights out of it, make sure @OldManWithMS sees it (the man is a networking nexus!), and share it anywhere you can! Facebook, Twitter, any other social networking sites you're on!
