I am a little concerned that in order to do more 'stuff' I am relying more on Old Smokey and doing less walking. I know it's a 'Catch 22' situation and that I may be hastening the atrophy of my legs. 

I'm also rediscovering sudoku. As it is purely logic-based I figure it's as good a mental workout as anything.
